About ME

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach,  I'm on a mission to help individuals, couples, businesses and communities celebrate individuals'  strengths and see the value our differences bring to the equation.  As an entrepreneur who works solo, I see my own strengths in action daily and I am aware that with someone else's strengths being applied to my business, we get a lot done more effectively and definitely more efficiently.   Perfectly imperfect people who rely on each other to achieve great things is poetry in motion and harmony in any relationship.  

Born and raised in Iowa, I learned and have carried with me good ol' midwestern values my family reinforced daily.  I see these values-based best practices as tools any business or individual could deploy for success -

• A life of service is a life well lived
• Do unto others as you would have them do unto you
• Don't get too big for your britches
• Tell the truth always.  

I've worked with these tools throughout my career.  I am proud of my work, thankful for my life and honored to help others have the life they choose.

I live in Seattle, WA with my girlfriend, Clara Belle.  She's a 5yo Boxer I rescued in November of 2018.  My passions outside of development work are cooking, entertaining, traveling to explore cultures across the world and simple quality time with dear friends and family.
